‘Elites’-Literary Club
Activities- Quiz, Debates, Elocution, Story Telling, Recitation, Creative Writing, Vedic Math, Abacus etc.: The school will organize events and competitions at various levels to build stage confidence in our students and ability to connect with people. They will learn and showcase their talent thus achieving the right direction, exposure and encouragement.
‘Victors’-Sports Club
Ground Activities- (Games and Sports) Football, Cricket, and hockey, Gymnastic, Skating, Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Martial Art, Table Tennis and Athletics: To express positive aggression and fire up competitive spirit through cutting edge training in sports. Apart from regular training the student will have the privilege to attend and participate in sports event and Advance training camps.

Rules
General guideline to Parents/Guardians
The School believes in discipline and in firmness. Slackness, disobedience and disgrace to rule will not be tolerated. In light of common sense or of good manners, any work or action likely to lower the image of the school is regarded as a breach of school discipline. The school reserves the right to expel students whose diligence or the progress in studies in considered unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students. Immorality, insubordinate or contempt of authority and breaking bounds are always sufficient reasons for immediate expulsion or rustication.
Parents are required not to enter the class room to see their child or teacher during class hours without the permission of the principal.
They are required to inform the school if there is any change in the address. Telephone number/E-mail ID.
Leave for half day should not be asked for security reasons. In emergency written permission must be taken from the principal and the class teacher should be informed and the child will be hand over to the parents only.
All leave applications should be sending in advance before proceeding on leave. Applications should be addressed to the principal through the class teacher.
Children suffering from any infectious sleazes should not be sent to school till full recovery occurs.
Parent’ s attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of the teacher or school in the presence of the students should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the student to lose respect for their teacher with consequent failure to them and will retard his/her progress.
Should there be any legitimate complaint, please see the principal at once or write a separate letter addressed to him/her/she will look into this matter personally.
Any communication made by the parents/guardians should be addressed to him/she/her will look into this matter professional.
Parents should sign the progress report and acknowledge the same to the school within 3 days. If the report card is lost, a replacement will be made only after a payment of Rs. 100 /-

Facilities
at BIT Global School
Smart Classes (Digital Room)
Our school has adopted new age of technology i.e. smart classes for visual presentation of topic which improve effectiveness and better understanding making learning enjoyable for students.
Library
The school library is well stocked with books on various subjects along with a special reference section. Fresh titles are added to on a regular basis. The library subscribes to a wide range of popular magazines, journals, weeklies and dailies. Students are advised to make the best use of library and develop a habit of reading. They should record the book they read under the “BOOKS I HAVE READ” column in the Almanac.
Labs
The school has labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Drawing, and Fine arts. Each lab is fully equipped and updated. During practical in Chemistry and Biology, it is advisable to wear white aprons and follow safety rules.
IT Lab
This is the age of Computers. The school has two Computer Labs with latest PCs sufficient for all under local area network. The school expects every student to be computer literate and take interest in the operation and application of computer.
Canteen
The school canteen serves light snacks and other eatables no junk food is allowed. Care is taken to maintain the quality of the food stuff and the hygienic aspects. Students may avail this facility during recess only; however, they are advised to bring home made food and avoid junk food. They should throw the wrappers, cans; disposable bags etc. into the litterbins, so as to keep the canteen area neat clean and tidy.
Child Counseling
In the formative years of a child, the scientific understanding is that students in different age group display peculiar growth and development characteristics and have a variety of needs in physical, psychological, social, educational, vocational and emotional areas. These have to be appreciated, identified and catered-to in order to provide a conducive, peaceful and productive frame of reference to their effective functioning.

I feel a sense of great pleasure and pride for being associated with BIT Global family, known for its contribution in education at different levels.
