It
was entirely a difference experience for the grandparents of Meerut.
Children of BIT Global School, Meerut, celebrated their Grand Parents’
Day in the school premises. It was a gathering of the grandparents of children studying in the school with lots of fun and frolic along with
purposeful sharing and talks from experienced and senior grandparents.
Vice
Chairperson Mrs. Mala Agarwal presided over the function. School Principal Dr.
Jyoti Sirohi welcomed the gathering & delivered the key note address. She
in his address, focused on how to bring up children as useful citizens for the
society and the nation. The
oldest grandpa and grandma were honored by the kids. There was also
a variety entertainment programme presented by the kids for the grandparents.
The
grandparents were told by the speakers to lay a strong foundation for their
child’s self esteem by their appreciation, love and care. The event was
enriched by an exhibition of clay modeling, Singing, Dancing, Games & art
designed and presented by the kids.
